Meet The Team

AJ
Burton
Before I founded of Burton Fitness, I earned an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and a graduate degree in Business Leadership, while also playing Basketball.
As a former Division II basketball player on scholarship, I developed a deep understanding of teamwork, routines, and developing habits, this helped shape my vision for a fitness brand that goes beyond traditional training.
Burton Fitness is a company dedicated to helping individuals and communities build strength, longevity, and a healthier lifestyle.

Lashée
McKenzie
Hey, I’m Lashée, and fitness has always been a big part of my life—but so has creativity.
When I’m not helping clients get stronger and feel their best, you’ll probably find me on my yoga mat, knitting a cozy sweater, or crafting candles for my own collection.
I believe fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable, and my goal is to help people build strength in a way that fits their lifestyle. Whether you’re here to gain muscle, improve endurance, or just move better, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!

Sebastian
Delgado
As a former soccer and track athlete, I got into fitness to push my own physical limits and help others do the same. My passion lies in guiding people to unlock their potential, whether they’re just starting out or looking to elevate their performance.
I understand the importance of strength, endurance, and discipline—values I carry from my athletic background into my training approach. As the oldest of three siblings, I believe in leading by example, proving that with the right mindset and effort, anything is possible.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or develop a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to help you take that next step. Let’s get stronger together!
